The C&H Truck Driving School is a new venture initiated by two partners

C&H Truck Driving School is going to be operated by the two partners, Consuelo Soto who has 21 years experience working in the Private Postsecondary Vocational Education, and Hector Hernandez, who has 6 years experience as an instructor and 40 years experience in the trucking industry.

C&H Truck Driving School’s personnel will conduct staff meeting once a month to make sure that we are in compliance with rules and l regulations and to interchange ideas. In addition C&H Truck Driving School will conduct monthly unit meeting to discuss student’s progress

The C&H Truck Driving School  has been  granted temporary approval to operate  from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education pursuant to California Education Code Section 94915 (b) .  The Bureau's approval means that the institution and its operation is in compliance with minimum state standards established under the law for occupational instruction by private postsecondary educational institutions and does not mean that the Bureau endorses or recommends the institution or its programs of instruction.  Institutional re-approval must be obtained every three years and is subject to continuing review. 

Handicapped accessibility

Approved program is open to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, origin, religion, sex, age, handicap, or medical condition.  The institution will allow the necessary adjustments for qualified handicapped individuals.

Approved is the course:  Tractor/Trailer Operator Program – 200 Clock Hours.

Daily Training Schedule:

Our training is open entry open exit. Programs begin every Monday.  Actual start and end dates, daily attendance hours, and sessions are determined at the time of enrollment. 

Hours of Operation

Students enrolled in the day class attend training Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for the entire program.  .

Instruction is in residence with facility occupancy level accommodating 20-25 students at any one time. 
California statute requires that a student, who successfully completes a course of study, be awarded an appropriate diploma or certificate verifying the fact.

Prospective enrollees are encouraged to visit the physical facility of the school and to discuss personal, educational and occupational plans with school personnel prior to enrolling or signing an enrollment agreement.
